On Friday, April 1st 2016, Health Sciences North Foundation hosted the third annual Taste St. event with a new twist as guests were transported to a Graffiti Alley street party at the Caruso Club.
“Thanks to the incredible support from our donors, volunteers, sponsors, and food and drink providers, attendees were treated to a fabulous evening,” says Mary Lou Hussak, Executive Director for Health Sciences North Foundation. “Rave reviews have been flooding in and we look forward to building on the success of the evening next year.”
Guests had the unique opportunity to meet one of the medical mannequins and interact with some of the leading edge technology available at the Learners Centre. Dr. Rob Anderson and his colleagues provided hands on coaching to guests during the CPR challenge.
“What a fantastic evening. It was really special to see so many people out to support an event that my team and I are so passionate about. Thank you to all who help organize and support the event and to those who participated in the CPR challenge!” says Dr. Rob Anderson, Medical Lead, Simulation Laboratory. “Special thanks to all the businesses who set up booths and donated to this cause and to the Health Sciences North Foundation team who worked so hard to make this amazing!”
“On behalf of Heath Sciences North Foundation, I would like to thank all who attended our third annual Taste St. event.
